CAN I PICK UP MY RENTAL EQUIPMENT ON THE DAY BEFORE?
We will have your rental equipment ready for you to pick up from your chosen location from 3 pm on the day before.
WHAT PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?
Online via prepayment, credit card, debit card, cash
WHEN DOES THE DEPOT OPEN?
You can access our depot from 5 AM using the night entrance
HOW LONG IS THE DEPOT OPEN?
Until 1 AM at night
HOW DO I FIND MY DEPOT BOX?
Hold your depot card to one of the key card columns. The number of your depot box will be displayed.
WHERE CAN I RETURN MY RENTAL EQUIPMENT?
Both of our shops are networked. You can conveniently return your equipment at any location hassle-free. Right beside the valley station of the cable network or in the village of Serfaus.
CAN I EXCHANGE PURCHASED GOODS?
We need your valid receipt for any exchanges/complaints. You are welcome to choose a different product in our two shops. Exchange and return possible in both shops. Payment of the receipt amount is not permitted.
SHIPPING COSTS IN THE ONLINE SHOP:
Austria: EUR 60,-
Germany, Netherlands, Italy: EUR 80,-
RETURNS:
Return policy for new purchases is two weeks. The return postage will be deducted from the refund.
Refurbished bikes cannot be returne
