FUNCTIONAL OUTERWEAR
Opt for functional shirts, hiking shirts and blouses, which provide UV protection and that are quick drying and thermoregulating. You will stay optimally protected on your travels if you place a wind proof and water-repellent softshell jacket on top. We recommend a hardshell jacket with welded seams and zippers for poor weather.
THE HIKING PANTS
Breathable, fast-drying and water-repellent – these are the requirements that you should expect from modern trekking or hiking pants. With a comfortable fit and good stretch, we only stock models here at Bacher Sport that are perfectly tailored to the demands of outdoor athletes.
CAP OR HAT
Whether hiking, mountaineering or trail running. Hats and caps protect the head and eyes from the sun and harmful UV light, but also from wind and lower temperatures on the peaks. Buffs are ideal because they function both as a scarf as well as a headband.
SUNGLASSES
Don't skimp when it comes to protecting your eyes. Quality sunglasses protect the eyes from UV and infrared rays. Look out for the "UV 400 protection" label when making your purchase. Special attention must be paid to children's eyes at high altitudes. You only buy top quality here at Bacher Sport with Adidas and other branded sunglasses. Our tip: Use an individually adjustable, thermal insole, e.g. by Lenz, for more comfort and perfect grip. Absorbent, well designed socks that extend beyond the gaiter of the boot help prevent blisters.
